Xbox doesnt need to outsell Nintendo or PlayStation to innovate and compete

Microsoft gaming CEO Phil Spencer indicates that Xbox may not be able to outsell Nintendo and PlayStation consoles, but it doesn't have to to compete. Xbox is great at using disruption and innovation to compete in the video games market, but it may not be able to outsell PlayStation and Nintendo consoles. Luckily, this is less important to Xbox than it is to its competitors.
