Vague Sly Cooper PS5 Game Rumours Debunked

Speculation of a second game in production at Ghost of Tsushima studio Sucker Punch Productions tied to the late Sly Cooper series has been doing the rounds this weekend, but none of it's actually true. Alongside a presumed follow-up to the developer's samurai hit, Jeff Grubb of Giant Bomb suggested the team may have another title in the works, though it wasn't based on discussions with sources; it was simply a "pie in the sky" proposal.
This didn't stop the internet from picking up the off-hand comment as a proper rumour, though, leading to suggestions Sucker Punch Productions actually does have a new Sly Cooper title in the works. Bloomberg journalist Jason Schreier has now weighed in on speculation, tweeting: "No truth to this one, sorry to say. Sucker Punch is a one-project studio."
