Publisher reportedly claiming a trademark dispute.

In case you needed a hand, Remedy's logo is on the left and Rockstar's is on the right.

Can you claim the rights to a single letter? Take-Two certainly seems to be trying, as it's reportedly in a dispute with Remedy Entertainment over the letter 'R'.
