After a lengthy absence, PS Plus leaker Billbil-kun has returned to the scene to share what they've heard is one of the PS Plus Essential games for March 2024. The full lineup will be revealed by Sony tomorrow, but the prominent insider says Sifu for PS5, PS4 will be one of the games on offer.
Released in 2022, the kung fu brawler quickly gained critical acclaim for its fantastic combat and rewarded gameplay loop. We awarded the game an 8/10 at launch and said: "Sifu doesn't pull any punches. It's a consistently challenging and demanding beat-'em-up, but persistence pays off. You'll be hard pressed to find a more rewarding game on PlayStation — especially one that's so visually striking and polished. Some quibbles with combat mechanics aside, Sifu is a knockout."
