Overwatch 2s Street Fighter collab is going to sell a lot of JuriKiriko skins

Eight World Warriors from Street Fighter 6 are coming to Overwatch 2 in May, Blizzard Entertainment announced Friday (as Evo Japan 2025 kicks off in Tokyo). And like past Overwatch 2 collabs, the choices are inspired: Zenyatta will cosplay as Dhalsim, and Sigma will cosplay as M. Bison as part of the Street Fighter crossover.
But let’s be honest. It’s probably the Kiriko-cosplaying-as-Juri Legendary skin that you’re going to see the most of in future games of Overwatch 2. There’s also a very good chance that you’re going to run into a bazillion Junos dressed as Chun-Li. I don’t make the rules, I just accept the reality that Kiriko and Juno are revenue-generating machines. They’re supports for a reason!
Here’s the full rundown of Overwatch 2 characters getting Street Fighter 6 skins on May 20:
- Hanzo as Ryu
- Juno as Chun-Li
- Kiriko as Juri
- Sigma as M. Bison
- Soldier:76 as Guile
- Widowmaker as Cammy
- Winston as Blanka
- Zenyatta as Dhalsim
Outside of Hanzo as Ryu, who shows up at the very end of the trailer for the Overwatch 2 x Street Fighter 6 collaboration, we don’t have an in-game look at the new skins yet. The collaboration will also likely include a handful of Street Fighter-themed emotes for characters like Hanzo, Juno, and Widowmaker, as well as other cosmetics.
As with other Overwatch 2 collabs (e.g., Avatar, Transformers, Gundam), Blizzard has explained that the heroes of Overwatch are simply cosplaying as characters from external properties; players won’t literally be playing as Guile, Cammy, Blanka, and Dhalsim, but as the Overwatch heroes who love them.
Pricing on the Overwatch 2 x Street Fighter 6 cosmetics haven’t been announced, but get ready for a new challenger on May 20: justifying the expense of a $20 Street Fighter skin for your main.
