No Man's Sky's big Worlds Part I refresh dropped just last week, free for all players, and in that time, an astronomical number of PS5 players returned to check out the difference. Not bad for an almost decade-old game, eh?
As observed by The Gamer, the update caused not only a spike in players on Steam (which enjoyed its highest numbers in years, almost 50k in 24 hours) but PS5 punters returned in droves, too. While hard PlayStation player numbers are famously more difficult to pin down, trends and percentages can be noted.
