Maybe Dont Expect an Elden Ring DLC Release Date at The Game Awards
It's still "a little ways off".
Given the growing significance of The Game Awards and the ties FromSoftware has to the show, there's potential for the debut Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree DLC trailer appear in the show next week. Although, should that happen, you probably shouldn't expect a release date to appear at the end of it. Speaking at the PlayStation Partner Awards, it's said the expansion is still "a little ways off".
When asked about the development of Shadow of the Erdtree, Yasuhiro Kitao said: "I will talk about DLC another time. It's still a little ways off, but progress is going well. Like Bloodborne', it has new battles and new characters. Please look forward to new things."
