Incredible PS1Themed PS5 Console Spotted at Jim Ryans Farewell Party

Jim Ryan's been celebrating the end of his tenure as PlayStation boss with a farewell bash that's revealed an incredible custom PS5 console themed after the PS1. Gifted to the man himself, the system has the PlayStation logo coloured in while the controller is in all white and the buttons don their classic shades once more. What's really special is the controller port that plugs into the PS5 is even shaped just like the PS1's, and the box it all comes in looks a lot like the packaging the PS1 shipped in all those years back.
A Twitter post from PlayStation employee @InstallBase revealed the console, which is said to be "one of a kind". They also shared photos of a "Thank you Jim!" cupcake, the room itself, and a meeting with Gran Turismo man Kazunori Yamauchi.
