Dragon Age The Veilguard Not the Right Game for Nasty Blood Magic

RPGs often feature a morality system, allowing players to dictate how their chosen character will interact with a given game world, ranging from relatively black-and-white to endlessly crushing, grimdark grey (we're looking squarely at you, Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader). How BioWare's upcoming Dragon Age: The Veilguard will deal with morality remains to be seen, but it sounds like there are some lines the studio is unwilling to cross.

Spotted by GamesRadar+, The Veilguard lead writer and narrative designer Patrick Weekes responded to a fan inquiry on the rarely-mentioned X alternative, Blue Sky, about whether class specializations, such as Dragon Age 2's Blood Mage, might put in an appearance. Weekes said it's a "never say never situation".
