Bethesda Insists Redfall Will Improve Compares Launch To Fallout 76 And Elder Scrolls Online
"We're going to get it to be a good game".
Arkane Austin's co-op vampire shooter Redfall is arguably one of the most underwhelming game releases of 2023, but just because it got off to a rough start, it doesn't mean Bethesda is done with it. There have already been some minor patches for the game, and apparently, the studio is still working on other updates like a 60FPS mode.
If you are at all concerned about the game's future though, Bethesda Softwork's publishing head Pete Hines recently told GamesIndustry.biz that the company is not done with Redfall yet, and insists the team at Arkane will "keep working on it", like how Bethesda "stuck with" The Elder Scrolls Online and Fallout 76 after bumpy launches:
