Astro Bot PS5 Controller Announced PreOrders Start 9th August

Sony has revealed Concord isn't the only PS5 title it is rewarding with a special limited edition DualSense controller: now Astro Bot is getting one too. The PS5 pad uses a white base and then complements the hand grips with a royal blue colour and then the buttons and D-Pad with a lighter shade. What stands out the most are Astro Bot's two blue eyes built into the controller's Touch Pad; they seem to be built into the pad itself, so they'll be there even when it's turned off.
The PS5 Astro Bot controller will be available for pre-order from 9th August 2024 and launches on the same day as the game: 6th September. Available in "limited quantities", the pad will cost £69.99 / $79.99 / €79.99. It'll be available to pre-order from PlayStation Direct and select retailers in the USA, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Portugal.
