Assassins Creed Shadows Patch 1.0.3 Walks Back Item Changes Fixes PS5 Pro Graphics Issues

Also addresses PS5 crashes.

A small update for Assassin's Creed Shadows will be deployed later today (the 16th April), Ubisoft has confirmed.

Patch 1.0.3 is basically a hotfix for issues introduced via the title's previous update. In particular, the ability to sell multiple items at once is actually being removed, as it was discovered that selling too many items at once could crash the game.
