Host Geoff Keighley has announced the hotly-anticipated PS5 horror title Slitterhead will reveal a first look at gameplay during this Friday's Summer Game Fest live showcase. This will be the first time we've seen Slitterhead since a pre-alpha test in July 2023, and before it the official announcement at The Game Awards 2021.
