3 New PS Plus Essential Games Are Available to Download Now on PS5 PS4

Today's the day for your monthly PS Plus Essential refresh, introducing another three PS5, PS4 titles for subscribers to play. The games are available to download now in the UK and across Europe, and will be live in the USA later in the day. Here's what you've got to play in the June 2024 lineup, with all titles available until 2nd July 2024:
- SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake (PS5, PS4) | Review

- Streets of Rage 4 (PS4) | Review
The lineup was confirmed alongside a slew of bonus games for PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium as part of the Days of Play promotion, but when you strip the selection down to purely the PS Plus Essential lineup, PlayStation fans haven't been impressed. In our usual Push Square Poll, the "it's a crap selection" option may have pulled its biggest percentage winner ever. Of more than 5,600 votes, 53 per cent chose the most negative option. Just 12 per cent of responders were happy with what they've been given.
